Predicted 700,000 Power Outages Along Carolina Coast

Duke Energy has announced it expects 700,000 plus customers to be without power along the Carolina coast from the effects of Hurricane Dorian. Duke Energy states they have over 9,000 workers in Carolinas working on restoring power and they will begin working as soon as it's safe to do so based off the weather conditions.
